• IP addresses — logged automatically by our hosting (Netlify) and database (Supabase) providers

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access your data — View your profile, ATC balance, and transaction history in your dashboard
• Delete your data — Use the self-serve account deletion feature in your dashboard. You can choose to delete individual items or everything at once:
  • Account profile
  • ATC balance
  • Transaction history
  • Websites built by AIIA
  • Active subscriptions (cancelled through Stripe)
  • All data at once ("Delete Everything")
• Confirm before deletion — You must re-enter your email and password before any data is deleted
• Immediate processing — All deletions are automated and processed immediately. No manual intervention required.

Tax record retention: After account deletion, we retain anonymized transaction records (amounts and dates only, no personal information) for up to 7 years as required by IRS regulations.

Age Requirement

You must be 13 years or older to use AIIA services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

International Users

AIIA is based in Hawaii, USA. Our website is accessible worldwide. We comply with:

• GDPR (European Union) — You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data
• CCPA (California, USA) — You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we don't sell data)

By using our services, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.

• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) on database tables
• Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
• Google OAuth for secure authentication
